Reception before at In Cavo Wine Bar, San Rafael, 5:30 pm, 1400 Fifth Avenue. Candidates in City Council races in Fairfax, San Anselmo and Novato, Districts 1, 3 and 5 will be included. MWPAC members will vote on endorsements. The public is welcome and there is no charge. Endorsement Night begins with a reception where everyone is invited to meet and talk with the candidates in person. The reception will be held at Incavo Wine Bar, 1099 Fourth St., San Rafael, 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. Wine and appetizers will be served. The cost is $25/person; candidates, no charge.
